Okay, so I talk about how I eat healthy, BUT there is one slight problem with that-I hate vegetables! I always tell my clients that a healthy diet should ALWAYS include lots of veggies....but I can't seem to follow my own advice! :(
I do eat healthy-I stay away from sugar and refined carbs and saturated fat and eat whole wheat products, low fat dairy and lots of fruits...but I never ever eat my vegetables. I don't know why, but they are just disgusting to me!
BUT since I am always trying to be healthier and find ways to eat better, I am going to start trying really hard to eat at least ONE vegetable a day! Even if I have to force it down my throat! We're supposed to have about 4 servings a day, actually, but I don't know if that will ever happen....
But we'll see how it goes. I just want to be as healthy as I can be! So even me, the personal trainer, the one who everyone thinks eats so perfect, has problems with her diet! I'm a normal person like everyone else, I just don't eat as much crap! :) The point is, I have to work on certain things,too--it's a process. If you're trying to eat healthier, just pick one thing to change and work on that goal alone. When that becomes a habit, pick something else.
Don't think you could never eat healthy! 4 years ago, I would've never imagined that I'd be eating the way I do now! I love food, too, just like everyone else(and I have the BIGGEST sweet tooth!), but now I think of food as fuel for my body, and that changes everything.
