One thing I am thankful for this Thanksgiving and every day is my husband being alive and healthy!
He had a brain tumor removed in 2007, went through radiation and chemotherapy, and is now doing great! I am sooo thankful for that.
This pic is kind of gross, but it was taken I think the day of his surgery. They basically removed 1/4 of his brain!

Wow, that is amazing. I would never have known. I think it's great that you are still expressing grattitude for that 3 years later. I wish him continued success and health.
ReplyDeletePS- I know it might turn some people off, but I appreciate the scriptures on your blog. I know you are a strong Crossfit woman, but I can tell you are spiritually strong too.
Thanks! I'll never be ashamed of my faith, so I'll post scriptures even if it does turn some people off! They don't have to read my blog :) God is most important to me, even over Crossfit. ;)
