My weekend consisted of squats and sprints Saturday morning, followed by PIZZA, church and then bowling on Sunday!
So...I hit a squat PR of 210 pounds! I've been trying to get that for a long time, so I was pretty pumped about it. :) Wish I had gotten a video, but maybe next time!
For this week's cheat meal, we had pizza from Papa Murphy's. It's been a while since I've had pizza, and it sure was yummy! It was followed up by a few slices of leftover birthday cookie.... and... a couple slices of cinnamon pizza. :)
Surely after all those squats and sprints it went straight to my quads, right??? ;) It's been a while since I posted a cheat meal pic, so here goes(it's okay to drool):
