Turkey Meatloaf
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground turkey(I used 93% lean)
- 1 egg + 1 white
- 1/2 cup ground oats
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1 T mustard
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa
- salt & pepper to taste
- garlic and onion powder
- (I didn't use the onion and green pepper!)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all ingredients in bowl.
- Mix thouroughly with hands.
- Spray 9x13 baking dish with Pam.
- Shape turkey mixture into a loaf shape and place in dish.
- Bake for 1.5 hours.
- Let set for 5 minutes before slicing.
I made this the other day and it turned out really good! Very easy and made for great meals during the week.
