Are you with GOMAD?
Just 2 glasses of milk a day in addition to my regular meals.
Why? were you gaining Fat? or you cant take all that milk? Im asking because I want to recommend that regimen, but dont know if its good for woman
A gallon of milk I think would be way too much, and you would gain more fat than muscle, especially women. I think 2-3 glasses a day would be enough just as an easy way to get some extra calories in.
