Here's is a quick 15 minute fat burning workout you can do at home on Thanksgiving Day. Get your metabolism going early in the day so that you'll burn off more of those Thanksgiving dinner calories!
Here's what I'm going to do:
High knee jogs 30 seconds
Burpees 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds
Jump squats 30 seconds
Jump rope or fake jump rope 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds
Repeat 4 more times!
