So I already have my workout planned out for when I'm on vacation. It will be nice if I could do my workout outside on the beach, since our hotel is right there on the beach! Depends on how the weather is, I guess. Praying for sunshine!!!!
I don't think they have a fitness center at the place we're staying, so my workouts will consist of bodyweight exercises like pushups, single leg squats, jump lunges, dips, etc. It's going to be hard for me to get a challenging enough workout with just my bodyweight, but it will be a good break from my usual program. I know my body needs a break from heavy lifting every now and then.
Yay! Less than a week and I'll be on my way to the beach.
Today's workout was stair running intervals. After about 15 minutes of that, my legs were shaking, and I could barely walk! But it felt great! :)

You sound like me Lindsay :o) I am always making sure I can fit my workouts in too. I have our family vacation coming up and then I am driving my grandparents from Arkansas to San Diego. I have a feeling that the treadmill and resistance bands will be my best friends.
