I am changing my attitude about Mondays! I am no longer going to dread them or feel down in the dumps because the weekend is over.

There are a lot of reasons to actually like Mondays:

-For one thing, every day is a gift from God and I am thankful to be alive and healthy!
-Mondays are always workout days, so I get to lift some heavy weights!
-AND because it's a workout day, I get to eat a lot of carbs!! :)
-I have time before work to get a lot of things done around the house--cleaning, etc.
-I get to kick client's butts and help them get closer to their fat loss goals

I'm thankful that I HAVE a job to go to on Mondays, and that's it's a job that I like! I get to help people, I get to be at the gym(one of my fave places to be!), and I don't have to sit at a desk all day!

Psalm 118:24 -This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.

Psalm 28:7 The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy and I will give thanks to him in song.


  1. Oh how I wish I could say the same thing about Mondays. I guess they are good in that I get to workout for 3 hours. Yep, but it's fun : ) Thanks for the verses and reminder that everyday is a gift from God!
