I'm not gonna lie-I like CrossFit, but I'm not completely sold on it yet.

At least not for me and my goals...I just want to gain muscle and look good; I don't really care if I'm the fittest person in the world.

I miss my bodybuilding workouts! I've contemplated going back to them a couple of times...

But I'm gonna stick with it for now.


  1. Go Lindsay, go Lindsay! They have one right down the street from my boys' school. It's so expensive and I wish I could try it. Maybe I could ask for it for Christmas : )

  2. I like it, it's definitely challenging. Some days, though, I look at the workout, and I'm like, why am I doing this? But overall I really do like it! I just have to give it time to see what kind of results it will get me!
