Okay, so yesterday was the first time in 2 months that I strayed from the CrossFit workout and did a "bodybuilding" style workout! After I did it, I was so mad at myself. I feel like I cheated on CrossFit! And I didn't even enjoy the workout.
So today I am back on track with CrossFit, and here's what my workout is going to be:
5 rounds for time, each exercise using 105lbs:
12 deadlifts
9 hang power cleans
6 push jerks
Should be a fun one, but I'm not sure if I'll do all 5 rounds or not. We'll see!
So since I skipped yesterday's CrossFit workout, I'm going to do it tomorrow. It's one that I can do at home, which is good because the gyms are closed! It's going to be Tabata squats, and then I'll probably do some jump rope in place of the one mile run. I just want to get a workout in on Christmas day with all the food I KNOW I will be eating.
Tonight is Christmas at my mom's house. I've already made a big batch of chocolate chip cookies to take over, and later today I plan on making sugar cookies, too! I love baking! :)

Oh-and it looks like we'll be having a white Christmas this year! Yay! :) Tonight it's supposed to start snowing, and tomorrow we should have 2-4 inches! (I'm hoping for 4!)
