It’s all comes down to desire.

I desire to NOT look like the average person. I desire to be muscular. I desire to be strong.
My desire for those things is greater than my desire to eat bad, it is greater than my desire to skip the gym when I don't feel like going, and it is greater than my desire to give up on those last few reps of heavy back squats just because it's hard.
