How NOT To Get Results

Here are some things you should do in the gym if you DON’T want to get results:
 
-Dumbbell side bends

-An hour of cardio on the elliptical...while reading a magazine


-500 crunches on the exercise ball after your cardio

-5lb dumbbell curls and kickbacks…maybe even at the same time, with opposite arms

-Inner/outer thigh machine

-Any workout from Shape magazine

-15-20 reps of every exercise, for "toning"

-The same exact routine you’ve done for years

-Don't use any free weights

-No heavy squats or deadlifts…or anything too hard
