We all have days when we just don't feel like going to the gym-yes, even ME!
While sometimes you should listen to your body and take an off day if you feel it's needed, there are times when you just need to suck it up and force yourself to get up and go! Tell yourself you'll just do ONE exercise; maybe a few sets of squats, and then I can almost guarantee that you will do more and it may turn out to be a great workout!

DeleteI could watch DLB videos all day! She is so inspiring :D My husband watches a video like this before every single workout, and he often watches DLB videos - he doesn't want a girl to beat him in the gym ;)
ReplyDeleteHow do any other people in the gym get anything done when Erin Stern is wearing such teeny tiny outfits? Haha!
DLB's workouts are motivating, that's for sure! She is crazy intense! And yeah, I know-I don't think I'd be able to take MY eyes off of her if I trained at Erin's gym, ha!
