Since I know I'm going to be eating a LOT of food tomorrow, I want to get in a a workout in the morning to rev up my metabolism for the day! Since the gym is closed, I'm just going to do a quick conditioning workout at home.
Here's what I have planned:
Burpee pyramid:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 +
20 mountain climbers(each leg) between every set
FOR TIME.
