Do What Works For You

Lately I've been flirting with the idea of changing up my eating habits, as far the number of meals I eat and my meal timing. There is really no reason why I'd want to change things up...I guess it's just from reading what other people are doing and thinking, 'hmm, maybe I should try that.'  

Well, I was just thinking about it today and I realized, you know know what? I like the way I eat. I like eating every 3 hours(although I don't freak out if I don't/can't). It works with my schedule right now. It's what I know. It's what works for me for the way I want to look. Some people will bash eating 6 times a day, but who really cares? 

With so many different nutritional approaches out there, it can be pretty confusing to know what is the "right" way to eat in order to achieve your goals.  You hear one person say one thing, and then someone else says something completely opposite, and everyone thinks their way is the best! 

Well, you know what? There are many different ways to achieve the same result, as you can see here! No way is the "best" way. As long as you are eating *mostly* whole, natural foods(veggies, lean proteins, healthy fats, and some complex carbs) and not going over your calorie level, then just do what works for YOU and stop stressing.
