  1. Great Advice. There is a poster child for every sort of diet and exercise/training regimen out there and I get tired of hearing them bash each other. Do what you enjoy and what works for you.

  2. Love it! I just wish more people stuck with something long enough to see whether or not it really worked for them. I had a coworker complaining about her lack of results after only 3 weeks of working out. People have gotten spoiled in today's tech-heavy instant everything society.
